  2. Patients & attendants will have to sign & follow the rules & regulation of the hospital.
  3. During this Covid pandemic patients and attendants will have to maintain the covid protocol, before admission RAT test is must for patients ( done in the hospital 24 X 7).
  4. At admission, patients will have to deposit security money as decided by the authority.
  5. All investigations & pharmacy services are provided against full advance payments.
  6. Payments are received only by cash & cards.
  7. During the course of treatment if blood is needed, attendants will have to arrange it by themselves from the blood bank in SKKCH, Golaghat.
  8. If a patient is referred to other centre; transportation & shifting will have to be done by the party themselves. Hospital will only guide& help them.
